More than groceries—dignity, relationship, and hope.
At Grace Episcopal Church in Alvin, our food ministry is about more than groceries — it’s about dignity, relationship, and showing up when people are hurting.
What we’re doing is simple, but it’s powerful: we meet real needs with real compassion — and we remind people they are not alone.
Over the last four years, partnering with the Houston Food Bank, we’ve shared more than three million pounds of food with families across our community —
neighbors who are working, seniors who are homebound, parents choosing between rent and groceries, and children who just need enough to eat.
